How we work

Show us how you work. We'll make it run without you.

Every engagement starts the same way: you record a process, we extract it, and we show you where to save time, money, and stress. What to automate, what to document, and what to hand off.

§ 01 · Record

Walk through the work once.

Open our capture tool, hit record, and do the process the way you always do it, narrating as you go. Where you click, what you check, what you'd never trust without a second look.

Already have recordings? Upload them. Loom walkthroughs, Zoom trainings, a screen capture from last quarter. The tool takes what you have.

Good first recordings
The report you assemble by hand every week or month
How you triage inbound leads or support requests
Client onboarding, from signed contract to kickoff
Invoice or expense reconciliation, end to end
The QA pass you run before anything goes out the door

Don't overthink it. The messier the process feels, the more time there is to save.

§ 02 · Extract

We turn the walkthrough into a process document.

The tool extracts every step, in order, plus the things a screen recording usually loses: the decision rules you apply by feel, the checks you do without thinking, the gaps and inconsistencies you've stopped noticing.

The document is yours regardless of what happens next. Most people are surprised by what's actually in their own process.

Process document Sample excerpt

New-client onboarding

04Duplicate the project template; rename with client code from the intake sheet
05Verify the signed SOW matches the scope in the proposal (decision rule: any mismatch goes back to sales, never patched silently)
06Create the shared drive folder and apply the permissions set
Apparent gaps

No step confirms the client contact received the kickoff invite. The process assumes it. Two recordings handled billing setup in different orders.

§ 03 · Verdict

You get a straight answer, in writing.

Within three business days you'll have written notes on the document and a verdict on every piece of the process: automate it, document it, or use it to train. Which parts are a script, which parts are a checklist, which parts genuinely need your judgment.

The review is free. If you want to talk it through, book a call.

The three verdicts
Automate

Mechanical, repeatable, rule-bound. A machine should be doing this by next month.

Document

Judgment that can be written down. Becomes a knowledge base your team runs on.

Train

Genuinely human calls. The recording itself becomes training material for the next hire.

§ 04 · Build (if you want)

If something's worth building, we scope it together.

When the review surfaces an automation or a knowledge base worth having, we scope it on an Unlock Call: one conversation, a concrete plan, a fixed price. You keep the document and the notes regardless.

“It's 100% worth the investment to automate!! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.”
